Measure your wrist with a soft tape measure or string just above the wrist bone. Compare the measurement to our Wrist-to-Watch Size Guide. Most men’s watches range from 38–46mm, while women’s watches range from 26–38mm.
2. Can you size the bracelet before shipping my watch?
Yes ✅. Upon request, we can size your metal bracelet before shipment. Simply provide your wrist measurement at checkout or email us at info@importwatches.us .
3. What if I like oversized or smaller watches?
The guide is a recommendation — personal style matters! Some prefer bold, oversized cases, while others enjoy a more classic fit. Choose the size that feels best for your wrist and taste.
4. What if the strap doesn’t fit my wrist?
Leather, rubber, and fabric straps are adjustable, but if you need extra holes or a longer/shorter strap, let us know. We offer strap adjustments and can recommend alternative strap options.
5. Do you provide extra links for metal bracelets?
Most of our watches ship with standard bracelet sizing, which includes additional links. If you need more links, contact us and we’ll check availability for your specific model.
6. Can I return a watch if the size feels wrong?
Because luxury watches are high-value items, all watch sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. However, straps and accessories may be eligible for return within 30 days if unused and in original packaging (see our Return & Refund Policy).
